JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision.

That Congress disapproves the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision (90 Fed. Reg. 1998 (January 10, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
