A BILL
To repeal a requirement for the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations with respect to advanced impaired driving technology, and for other purposes.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Kill Switches in Cars Act
.
Sec. 2. Advanced impaired driving technology
Section 24220 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is repealed.
