To repeal section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Repealing Outdated and Unilateral Tariff Authorities Act
.
Sec. 2. Repeal
Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1338) is hereby repealed.
