To codify Executive Order 14412, entitled Securing the Nation Against Advanced Cryptographic Attacks.

Section 1. Codification

Executive Order 14412, entitled Securing the Nation Against Advanced Cryptographic Attacks, issued on June 22, 2026, shall have the force and effect of law.
