To amend title 23, United States Code, to provide for increased transferability of Federal-aid highway funds.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Highway Funding Transferability Improvement Act

Sec. 2. Transferability of Federal-aid highway funds
Section 126(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking 50 percent
and inserting 75 percent
