A BILL
To extend the authorization for a large-scale water recycling and reuse grant program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Large-Scale Water Recycling Reauthorization Act
.
Sec. 2. Reauthorization of competitive grant program for large-scale water recycling and reuse program
Section 40905(k) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (43 U.S.C. 3205(k)) is amended by striking 5 years
and inserting 10 years
