Mr. Scott of South Carolina (for himself, Mr. Schiff, Mr. Budd, Mrs. Blackburn, and Mr. Scott of Florida) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship
To require certain reports on small business disaster assistance to be published on the website of the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the SBA Disaster Transparency Act
.
Sec. 2. Publication of reports on disaster assistance
Section 12091 of the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 (15 U.S.C. 636k) is amended—
(1)
in subsection (a)—
(A)
in paragraph (1), by inserting and publish on the website of the Administration
after Representatives
; and
(B)
in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and published
after submitted
;
(2)
in subsection (b)—
(A)
