That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the Department of Commerce relating to One Year Suspension of Expansion of End-User Controls for Affiliates of Certain Listed Entities
(90 Fed. Reg. 50857 (November 12, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
