JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Reimagining and Improving Student Education-Federal Student Loan Program Final Regulations.

Sec.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Reimagining and Improving Student Education-Federal Student Loan Program Final Regulations (91 Fed. Reg. 23768 (May 1, 2026)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
