Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection
Agency relating to California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards;
Small Off-Road Engines Regulations; Notice of Decision

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Small Off-Road Engines Regulations; Notice of Decision
(90 Fed. Reg. 640 (January 6, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
